Each wallpaper is custom printed to order and has a fixed width of 24-30 inches depending on the size of the wall. Our wallpapers are ALWAYS prepared for installation with an overlap (double cut finish). We include about 0.5 inch of overlap down the sides of the roll to make pattern matching and design alignment easy!
WHAT IS THE PROCESS OF SENDING US YOUR PHOTO AND ORDERING A CUSTOM WALL MURAL?
- Prepare photography that fits the following requirements:
- Width minimum: 4500px
- Landscape photograph
- Upload your artwork on my dropbox or any other file upload service and send us a link OR send us a link to photography on free stock library Measure the area you want to cover with photomural.
- Check if any of our standard size photomurals match your measurements. We can offer custom orders but please specify your wall size. Keep in mind that the wall size must be landscape-oriented to have the same image format as it is in photography.

APPLICATION:
It is recommended that you apply wallpaper only to flat surfaces that have been cleaned and painted with an eggshell or satin finish. Applications over flat paint or textured walls is NOT recommended.
WALLPAPER MATERIAL:
Our wallpapers is made of Self Adhesive Polyester Fabric that can be installed on virtually any surface and then removed and reused many times over. The adhesion will not leave a residue on the surface when it’s removed. Just peel the back paper and stick it to the wall. The Wallpaper itself has a special texture on the back that prevents air bubbles from forming.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS:
Unless your item is defective, returns and refund are not accepted, each order is made by request, so it is not possible for us to resell it. Of course, in case of delivery problems, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
Exchanges are not accepted.
IMPORTANT:
- Make sure that the dimensions match your wall before ordering
- All images are illustrative and may not exactly match your wall.
- Before application, make sure that your wall is prepared well - surface must be clean and completely dried
- Please review the dimensions listed in the description.
- It is also possible that the colors will vary depending on your monitor settings.
- If you did not place the image exactly as you wanted, do not worry. Just peel it off gently and apply it again.
- The wallpaper does not leave glue or any trace on the wall after removal.
- Our wallpapers adhere to almost any type of smooth surface, but for best results, it is recommended that the surfaces have an egg shell or satin finish.
- Please double-check all measurements as we cannot be responsible for improperly measured wall dimensions. When you're not sure of your walls being perfectly straight, I recommend adding some inches extra, if you don't mind cutting the wallpaper by your own.
REFUNDS : As the wallpapers are made to order, we do not offer refunds/returns (of course, if the item you receive is damaged, we will replace it with a new one).
